Some of the healthy foods/meals with their nutritional value and importance

Oat Meals:

Oat meals are considered as one of the nutritious food options for maintaining a good and balanced health and a fit lifestyle.These are always consider as the best Breakfast options available for Weight loss. Whole oats are rich in antioxidants which help to Lower down the Cholesterol Levels.

They can also improve blood sugar control. As oat meals are very filling so they boost your weight loss process.Oat meals also help in enhancing your immune system to reduce the risk of infections and diseases.


Brown Bread & Butter:

When brown bread is combined  with peanut butter, you get a complete protein. In other words, you will get all the amino acids your muscles and tissues need to stay strong and healthy. Also, the benefits of the whole wheat which contains fiber for digestive health. Eating whole grains is associated with lower body weight and less heart disease.

Fruits & Vegetables:

Fruits & Vegetables contain lots of Vitamins and minerals which have as obvious lots of health benefits as these are the building blocks of our body/muscles/tissues etc. They are excellent sources of dietary fibre, which can help to maintain a healthy stomach and prevent constipation and other digestion problems. A diet which is high in fibre can also reduce the risks of  bowl cancer.

Maximum of these fruits & vegetables are low in fat and calories and have no cholesterol in them which makes them way healthier than any other food forms.They also contain potassium (Foods rich in potassium help in controlling the Blood Pressure) , folic acid and as i said Vitamins like Vitamin A, C etc.


Nuts/Pluses/Whole Grains:

All of these are highly nutritious. There are the great source of protein, fiber, minerals and vitamins The following are some of the most healthy examples of the above:

Almonds contain a number of nutrients like Vitamin E, Magnesium, Iron, Calcium, Fibre, it also helps us to reduce the cholesterol levels.


They are also a very good source of  both protein and carbs, and they also provide good amounts of Vitamin B-1, Vitamin E etc.



Wholes Grains/Pulses:
Whole grains are laded with nutrients including protein, fiber, B vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals like iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium. It is also found that consuming whole grains or pulses/cereals has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and some forms of cancer as well.
