How to build Muscles…How to Look Muscular & Healthy.. !


Everyone these days wants to look Fit, Healthy, Muscular.


So, the questions like:

How to Build Muscles.?
How to become muscular.?
How to make a good attractive physique 


I guess these are the questions that every youth (especially young guys) ask, and try lots of things including diet & exercise in order to achieve the same.

Lot of such guys with Least or NO knowledge about Fitness, Diet, Nutrients, nutritional value, exercises, right way to perform the workout, end up doing wrong this – Eat unhealthy food, wrong supplements, performing exercises/workout in a wrong way, which results in various other health issues and concerns.

So, for building a clean body with muscle, one should always stick to a Proper , Well Framed Diet and consistent workout & set of exercises.

Some of the basic keys of gaining a good amount of Muscle Mass and building a clean & attractive muscular physique.

  • Breakfast


Breakfast is the most important meal as it provides burst of energy and helps us to stay full until our next meal. We should always have a strong and healthy meal in our breakfast in comparison with other meals of the day.

You can have foods like omelettes, smoothies and cottage cheese, brown bread toasts, egg whites etc.

  • Eat every 3-4 hours

Eating the right thing at the right time is very important to boost your muscle mass. The easiest way is to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner as usual, interspersed with meals post workout, pre-bed and with two snacks in between. Not eating for long periods can cause you to over-eat at the next meal or topping yourself up with unhealthy snacks, So in order to stop any cravings, eat at fixed times every day and your body will get hungry at those fixed times.

  • Include Protein in each of your meal

Protein is required to build and maintain muscles. To achieve this, you should be looking to eat at least 1g per 454g of body-weight. You can include foods like these in your meal to boost your muscles and grow them in size and shape:

  1. Eggs
  2. Poultry
  3. Fish
  4. Dairy
  5. Wholes Grains
  6. Soya chunks etc.
  • Eat Healthy Fats

Healthy fats improve fat loss and health as they digest slowly. Make sure you balance your fat intake, eat healthy fats with every meal and avoid artificial trans-fats.
